The month of September in the island’s peasant tradition is dedicated to the grape harvest and the art of winemaking.
The rich and varied cuisine of Elba is to be accompanied by excellent wines matured in the Elba Island sun.
Among the most distinctive are:
– Elba Ansonica
with a more or less deep straw to golden color;
– Elba Moscato
defined as “meditation wine” produced from selected muscat grapes asottoposta to dry in the air;
– Elba Aleatico
with a dark ruby color, an intense aroma and a flavor ranging from amabile to sweet, rich in body, savory and harmonious.
